  1. Notice what your body feels like.
  2. Notice what the issue feels like. 
  3. Notice where in the body you notice tension, emotion, and or sensation of weakness when you think of the issue of the person.
  4. What are the ways of being, the issues, the images that come up that relate to the tensions and emotions. 
  5. At the places that you feel tension, relax and open to Source Energy to resolve the tension in your body. Allow that Source energy  to expand out of your hands or  hand to the place of other persons’ issues and along their spine to allow Source to clear the issue.
  6. Open to the message, wisdom, healing and the blessing and expand the to the person.
  7. When you can think of the person and their issue without the tension in your body then the healing transformation and empowerment has occurred within the person.
